Shell is skillfully dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Kefta tajine is a meal more rustic of Morocco, not the type to be served at weddings or fancy meals. And it is usually served in the Sahara desert, in Berber tent and gives the true flavor of Morocco. Is a tomato-based, tajine with small balls of spiced ground meat distributed in it all. As a final touch, break the eggs on crisp tajine, Cook the eggs. The combination of eggs, meat and tomato is excellent.
